Q. How soon can you ship my order out?
A: All our stickers are printed, cut and packed upon confirmation of order. All orders will be shipped out within 3-5 business days in sealed protective plastic within a padded envelope or box, depending on the size of the order. We seek your kind understanding that we are a very small business and that processing times may take longer due to high volumes during sales and product launches.
Q. Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes, we do. In the rare event that your country is not listed in the menu at checkout, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org, and we'll be more than happy to help you sort it out. Please provide your full and correct address at checkout to ensure that your order reaches you.
Q. What are the shipping options available?
A: Pos Malaysia has suspended shipping services to most countries due to the Covid-19 pandemic and as a result, shipping/delivery options that are available is very limited. The options that are available for shipping orders to your country will be reflected at CheckOut. In some instances, there may only be one shipping option available. We reserve the right to engage the services of whichever shipping provider is available at the time of shipping in order to ship your order to you. A tracking number will be provided in the notification email which you will receive when your order has been shipped. You may check the tracking status of your order via the website of the shipping provider that you selected during CheckOut. However, kindly note that tracking information will not be available on these websites once the item has been transferred into the custody of your local postal services or shipping provider.
Deliveries to destinations other than major cities may take a little longer depending on your local postal services. You may wish to check the tracking status of your item with your local delivery service provider.

Q. Do you provide tracking information?
A: Yes, we do. The tracking information will be provided in the notification email which you will receive when your order has been shipped. Please allow at least 24 hours for the tracking information to be reflected in the system.
While we try to provide greater assurance that your order will be correctly delivered with the use of the tracking system provided by the postal/shipping services, we shall not be held responsible if any of the items or your shipment have gone missing during transit, are subjected to delays in transit times, or if the address that you have provided at CheckOut is incorrect.
Q. Are Tax and Custom Fees included?
A: Tax and custom fees have not been included, as they are subject to your local customs regulations. You may wish to check with your local customs office for more information.
Q. What forms of payment do you accept?
A: We accept payment via PayPal and Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard and Amex). The prices reflected on this website are in US Dollars.
Q. Do you accept returns or exchanges or order cancellations?
A: All sales are final and shipping fees are non-refundable. Due to the nature of the products and the costs involved for local and international returns, we are unable to accept return/refund requests. However, should you encounter any issues with the products, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receipt of your package and we'll be more than happy to advise the options available to help you sort it out.
Q. Do you accept custom order requests for stickers and other products?
A: Ye, we do. Please email us at email@example.com so that we may understand your requirements and advise you of the charges and turn-around times involved.
